Arrival Time - We recommend that you arrive at least fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure enough time to check in, fill out any necessary forms, relax and unwind with a refreshing beverage of your choice. Please help us by arriving on time so that you may receive your full service in a relaxed, non-rushed environment. A major credit card number is required to ensure a reservation.

Cancellation Policy - We reserve our time exclusively for our clients. As such, we request a 24-hour notice of cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled treatments. We appreciate your consideration and coooperation.

Valuables - We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items such as clothes, accessories and jewelry. Please consider leaving your prized possessions at home, to ensure for a hassle free visit.

Gratuity - Rates do not include gratuity, which is both appreciated and appropriate.
